- The 30-day duration begins once the item has been activated in the server.
➝ How to Redeem This Item:
- Once your payment has been confirmed, you will automatically receive a redemption code via email and in your store dashboard.
- After that, open a VIP Ticket through our support system and provide your redemption code.
- Within the ticket, upload your clothing files in the correct format so implementation can begin.
➝ Important:
- All submitted files must meet the server's required standards.
- Any inappropriate content, incorrect dimensions, or files that violate server rules may be rejected.
- If the customer fails to provide the redemption code or the correct files, the delivery time may be paused until everything has been submitted correctly.
➝ Delivery Time:
- The implementation time for your clothing is up to 15 days, provided all files are correct and meet the required standards.
